How we can help

This page explains what FraudWatch is for, how to get help, and what to expect after you reach out. For urgent, in-progress crimes, always contact the authorities first.

Mail & live chatReport & contact formsBack to home

If you are in immediate danger or a crime is in progress, do not wait for a form reply—call local emergency services or your national fraud hotline if one exists in your country.

What this site offers

  • Submit a report

Use the structured form for suspected fraud, with optional evidence uploads and reference links. We triage in order and may follow up by email when contact details are provided.

  • Contact the team

For mail and the built-in live chat hub, open the dedicated Mail & live chat page. You can also use the contact and report area on the home page, the Support entry in the header, and the green floating control on most pages (not on this overview).

  • If you are in danger

In an emergency, contact your local police or emergency number first. This site is for reporting and awareness; it is not a substitute for law enforcement.

What to expect

Response time

In a production deployment with email (e.g. Resend) configured, teams often aim for a first reply within one business day. Demos may not email until keys are set.

What we never ask for

We will not ask for your full card number, banking passwords, or OTPs in chat. If someone claiming to be support asks, it is a scam—stop and report it.

Also on the home page

The green Report & chat control (on most pages) opens the quick dialog. For mail + built-in chat and optional channels, use the dedicated page. For the two-column home report & contact section, go to the home page.

Optional third-party live chat (Tawk, Crisp, or a custom link) can be added by your site team so visitors can talk to support in a separate window.
