This policy describes how the FraudWatch demo site may collect and use information. For a private deployment, you should adapt this text to your own legal context.
1. Information you provide
We may receive information you type into forms (for example, name, email, phone, report details, and optional file uploads) when you submit a contact, report, or support message.
2. Demo sign-up data
In the current client-only demo, account details may be stored in your browser (local storage). It is not sent to a secure server database unless you change the implementation. Do not use sensitive or production credentials.
3. Email delivery
If email is configured (e.g. via Resend), form submissions can be sent to the operator's inbox. The email provider processes message content according to their policy.
4. Chat and support
Support chat may be stored in memory on the server or in a key-value store if configured, so messages could persist for a period depending on your deployment.
5. Cookies and local storage
We may use browser storage to remember your session, theme, and cookie notice preferences. You can clear site data in your browser settings at any time.
6. Your choices
You can stop using the site, clear cookies and local storage, and avoid submitting personal data in forms. See also Terms of Service.
